Once we have heard from you, discussed your trip in detail and have a clear picture of where and what and when might suit you best, we will be happy to put together an initial travel proposal and cost estimate. During the travel planning process we will be pleased to liaise with you in detail and to adjust and refine your safari schedule as much as is required, until the perfect ‘fit’ is achieved. Every Step of the Journey

We always recommend getting in touch and starting to plan your trip as far ahead as possible. The July-October ‘migration’ season is always an incredibly popular time to visit – as are the December and January holidays. Escaping to the bush or beach at other times of the year can be equally rewarding (and often quieter and better value) and we will be happy to advise on when and where and how to travel.

Based here on the ground in Nairobi, our team is always available to answer questions and to liaise with you before, during and after your East African adventure. We don’t ‘subcontract’ to other agents or operators and will always communicate with you personally and thoughtfully. We can advise on visas, travel requirements and other practicalities and help ensure that every step of your journey goes according to plan.
